Hello, my name is Lena Kravets.
I am a professional artist with a deep passion for creativity, which has been a guiding force throughout my life.

I studied in Odessa, Ukraine, where I spent six years majoring in painting, artistic ceramics, and sculpture of small forms.
My artistic journey has been rich and diverse, involving the creation of various clay panels, souvenirs, jugs, vases, and paintings—all of which I poured my heart into, with the hope of bringing joy and harmony into the lives of others.

My artistic expression eventually led me to a fascinating field known as Neurographics. Neurographics is a creative method that helps individuals understand and solve their problems through drawing, following a special algorithm.
This technique allows a person to change their subconscious by drawing lines and geometric shapes, thereby creating new neural connections. These connections can transform a person's subconscious, gradually altering their life conditions and improving their quality of life.

What I love most about Neurographics is its accessibility—anyone can use this technique. In fact, some American schools have incorporated Neurographics into their drawing classes to help children develop social and emotional intelligence, concentration, and relaxation skills.
For those who may not have access to a psychologist or prefer a different approach, Neurographics offers a powerful form of art therapy.

In addition to Neurographics, I continue to create art in various forms, whether it's painting on canvas, paper, clay, or even the human body.
I am also a professional in regressive hypnotherapy, an intriguing therapeutic practice that helps individuals overcome deep-seated psychological and spiritual blocks.
Regressive hypnosis allows a person to enter a trance state where they can uncover hidden fears and negative patterns, often rooted in early childhood, and work through them with the guidance of a skilled specialist.

My work, whether through art or therapy, is always grounded in personal experience. I only share techniques and knowledge that I have personally tested and found effective. When I see positive results, I am eager to share these methods with others, acting as a conduit for healing and self-discovery.
I believe in the power of creativity and the subconscious mind to bring about profound change, and I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential through these tools.
